Yoga retreat in Møn 2022
We were 11 yoga enthusiasts (including the teacher) in August 2022, who enjoyed the summer days at Strandgården in the wonderful surroundings.
Schedule of the days:
There will be an asana class, tea and coffee break, and Pranayama in the morning before a filling brunch. After the brunch, you are free to relax in the garden, swim in the sea or explore Møn. Last year the participants arranged trips to Stege, Møns Klint and the local farm with ice cream production.
In the afternoon we meet again in the yoga hall for an asana class before dinner.
Take the necessary clothing for a Danish Autumn, you have the rest of the day to be a tourist on the island, sunbath on the beach, go for a walk, enjoy the sea or immerse yourself in your own projects.
Everybody helps with setting the table and clearing after the meals, which will be served by Jeanette, our “eminently-good-at-spoiling” chef. Nobody leaves the table hungry when Jeanette is in charge of the cooking. There will be coffee, tea, fruit and nuts during the day and afternoon smoothies, juice, or cake for the blood sugar.
A yoga retreat is a really good way to pull the plug, enjoy the country-side nature by the sea and immerse yourself in your Yoga practice.
